Looks like there’s ANOTHER big money Powerball ticket that was bought here in the IE.
A ticket bought in Ontario matched allfive numbers (2-11-22-35-60), but missed the Powerball number (23) for a cool $1,044,000!
So if you bought a Powerball ticket at Eastland Food Market at 1072 E. G St. (about a block west of Grove), you might be a big winner. (OR, you could go in the OTHER direction, and get REALLY upset that you were one number away from $1.2 BILLION. Please don’t be that person)
By the way, last week, a ticket purchased in Rancho Cucamonga also hit 5 of 5, but whiffed on the Powerball number. That ticket is still worth $1.5 MILLION, and I haven’t heard anyone come forward to claim that money.
So . . . are we going to have another millionaire here in the IE when the Powerball hits $1.5 BILLION for Saturday??
